This frozen fruit ice cube DIY is such a simple yet impactful party project! These fruity cubes are perfect for chilling drinks while simultaneously slowly adding a sweet fruit infusion to beverages at all of your upcoming holiday get-togethers (think Christmas brunch)!
Plastic drinkware is an absolute necessity for holiday crowds! Plastic is lightweight and sturdy enough to be used outdoors as well as in the dining room, and you don’t have to worry about dangerous broken glass near your parties, or your children.
Zak’s Trinity stemless wine glass is the stylish solution to fragile glasses. Available in two sizes, this plastic drinkware is ideal for both everyday use and special occasions – which makes it an elegant solution to setting the table in any situation!. Plus, they coordinate with many of Zak’s dinnerware lines. If it’s time to update your table settings, Zak’s Trinity stemless wine glass can help you create the look that suits your style.
While you’re spiffing up your tablescape, pick up a pack of Zak’s dot dot reusable straws and give your drinks a lively twist, time after time! The pattern is fun and festive, great for parties and entertaining, and the multiple bright colors allow each guest to easily identify their drink. The straws are also suitable for kids to use, since they pass a bite test requirement for child safety–they withstand biting and won’t flatten out.
Now that the drinkware and straws are decided on, let’s get to making the fruity ice cubes!
Fill up the squares of one ice cube tray (or multiple trays, for a party). Fill in the gaps with water and stick in the freezer.
Once they are sufficiently frozen, plop the ice cubes into a glass.
The fruit-infused ice cubes look so pretty! And they add such a refreshing fruity flavor to a cold drink.
Just add water (or other beverage of choice)!
Once the cubes start to melt, you can eat the fruit too!
Enjoy!
