Heart Shaped Eggs and Toast Recipe

Just three simple items will create this cute breakfast reminder – a perfect way to start off your day. Whether it is for a significant other, a parent or a child, there is no better way to say, “I love you,” than with a heart-shaped egg.

Ok, that’s a hard sell, but it’s still really cute.

Save your heart cut-outs and serve it on a fun confetti plate. To make your cutesy reminder, simply gather a heart-shaped cookie cutter, a piece of toast, an egg and you are set to make someone’s day! If you don’t have a heart-shaped cookie cutter, you can always get creative and freehand with a knife and the effect will be the same.

Making this breakfast is amazingly simple! First, toast the bread (I told you this was simple). Next, use the cookie cutter to carve out a heart shape in the toast. Save the heart cut out to serve with the finished breakfast. Place the toast on a buttered pan and crack the egg inside of the heart cut out. Cook as desired. Serve with the toast cut out, adding bacon, sausage or any other side that you want.

For optimal effect, make sure the dish is accompanied by flowers.
