Nachos are good, but not-so-good-for-you. This healthier take on nachos will satisfy your cravings for Tex-Mex food – minus the guilt!

Seed and core bell peppers, then slice each one into 6 vertical pieces.

Cook ground turkey over medium-high heat, until meat turns brown. Drain fat. Combine cooked turkey with spices and pico de gallo. Evenly distribute mixture into the bell pepper boats.

Bake on a parchment lined baking sheet for 10 minutes or until peppers are hot.

Remove from the oven, garnish with cilantro, and serve on a tray.
