Mix all together in a fantastic Zak Confetti bowl and place in a skillet and cook just as you would scrambled eggs. They turn out awesome.

- 1/2 to 1 cup of egg beaters (you can use the veggie ones, too)
- Handful of chopped spinach
- 1 diced medium tomato
- Feta cheese (as much or as little as you like)
- Add ingredients in a fantastic Zak Confetti bowl
- Mix ingredients together
- Move mixture into skillet on medium-low heat
- Gently keep mixture moving in skillet to redistribute eggs as they cook
- When eggs begin look wet but are no longer liquid, gently mound eggs in center of the skillet
- Turn off heat but keep the skillet on the burner. This will continue to cook the eggs to perfection while you get your plates ready
- Serve and enjoy
