At a loss when lunchtime rolls around, and you haven’t done this week’s grocery shopping yet? Since you can usually find these common ingredients in your kitchen at any given time, this whole 30 compliant recipe is perfect to whip up a quick, healthy lunch. Enjoy!

Whole 30 Tuna Salad Recipe Instructions

Yield: 2 servings

Total Time: 5 minutes

This Whole 30-friendly recipe is perfect to whip up on a whim for a quick and healthy lunch.

Ingredients:

  • 1 can solid white albacore tuna packed in water, drained
  • 2 Tbsp mayonnaise, homemade or paleo/whole30-approved
  • 1 tsp lime juice
  • 1 bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Cumin, to taste
  • Hot sauce, to taste
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

  1. Combine the tuna, mayonnaise, 1 tsp lime juice, bell pepper, green onion, cilantro, and hot sauce in a medium sized bowl. Add a dash each of cumin, salt and pepper. Taste and add more spices and hot sauce as desired.
